This Page will be dedicated to housing all of the art i've been wanting to put on display and also talk about any art related stuff i like.
This isn't limited only to drawings or plastic arts. it'll also be about musicians, books, films, fashion and anything else relating to human expression.
all three of these bands fall into the emo genre, despite that they're all super distinct and different from each other, showing the diversity in the genre.
Dahlia Seed was a post hardcore band formed in 1992. their lead singer, tracy wilson, had a very powerful voice that was basically its own instrument in their songs. they managed to have a consistent sound across all their releases. they're one of those bands that i'd consider the forefathers to the emo genre.
The Kidcrash is a band that was established somewhere around 2000. genre-wise they often get slotted as another emo band. im a big fan of their 06 demo. while its only got five songs it does a great job at showing you the bands abilities and sound.
Circle Takes the Square is a screamo band hailing from savannah georgia. releasing their first ep in 2001, the voices of the bands lead singers are absolutely incredible. also, while this doesn't affect the sound at all, i also really love the cover art of the bands many EPs.

The Dark Crystal- a movie forgotten entirely by the public and rubbed off as another odd product of the 80s, revived during quarantine via now canceled mini series. TDC was a trip from start to finish. the puppets were gorgeously crafted though, god bless Mr Henson.
Pan's Labyrinth- i watched this movie once ages ago and rewatched it again. its a haunting and somewhat uncomfortable film with a powerful message and beautiful cinematography. Ive always been a pretty big fan of Del Toro's work so its no surprise i loved it.
The Never Ending Story- ive watched this movie a million times since I was little. I rewatched it recently and it was just as odd and magical as I remember. I found myself identifying with the main character and his loneliness and escapism. Falkor's a big puppy.
